Did a loop along the roads in the evening.  Would have gone longer, but it was getting late.  I'm just glad I got a run in.  Total time was 18:36 (7:26/mile).

Ran with Sasha, Tyler, and Derek.  It was pretty warm this morning, but I guess it is supposed to get colder and snow later.  Started with 0.25 to Sasha's and then ran 4 with the group.  Ended with a total time of 33:47 (7:57/mile).

Just 4 along the trail.  It was a bit cooler, but the sun made it nice.  Total time was 29:07 (7:17/mile).

Another 4 miles along the trail.  They usually keep the trail pretty clear of leaves, but not this year.  They are everywhere.  I don't mind them too much.  It makes it a little softer, but it is tough to see the marks.  Total time was 29:44 (7:26/mile).

The plan was to run 5 miles, but I decided to add the extra 0.25 at the end to make it 20 miles for the week.  That is a post-baby, post-injury high week.  I finished in 39:55 (7:36/mile).
