It was a nice evening for a run. I ran along the trail to the power station and then added a bit at the end for my extended version of the power station run. Total time was around 36:59 (7:24/mile) for the 5 miles. I picked up the pace a little bit in the middle trying to keep up with an older guy (~80 years old) on a bike. I was keeping up just fine, but I didn't want to get too close and make him think I was chasing him. It turns out I met him along the trail right at my turn around point. I don't think he ever noticed me following him, but I didn't want to scare him.

My left ankle and foot were still a little sore. They were sore all weekend long too. It loosened up pretty well by the end.

I did a quick loop around the school to see how my ankle was feeling. It hurt and was pretty slow going. I'm not sure what is wrong, but I plan to take it easy the next few days. I came back and did some exercises at home.

I did a half mile with all 3 kids in 7:13. Then I did another half mile with my oldest in 5:13. I finished with 2.3 in 18:23 by myself. My left foot was still hurting some.

I walked about 1.5 miles with some jogging mixed in. My left foot is still bothering me.
