Ran the usual 3 with the group and then turned around.  Finished 6 in 47:36 (7:56/mile).  The legs have felt tired recently with a few little aches and pains.  I plan to keep going about 6 a day this week and the next and go from there.

I totally agree with the part on Monday's entry about roads getting slicker with the added salt!

6 a day is nothing to snob at :) It's winter. Aren't we all entitled to some R and R since for some reason they won't let us all take 4 months off of life to hibernate? Man that would be great, huh?

Four months of hibernation would be great! I would like to work my way up to about 10 a day eventually, but I want to do it slowly and not get injured.

Yeah after my almost year off, I need to also remember to take it slow.

Right now my goal is to do about 3 or 4 miles a day for 2 or 3 runs a week, with one longer run, adding about a mile a week to that long run to try to get my endurance back. My long run this week was 6.6 mi. So I'm hoping to go 7.5 or so next week!
