10 miles for a medium-long run with Mell at Milliken/Upstate! 8:24 average. Felt good, although I was just super hungry. Or as we refer to it - Rungry.
We got the first and last 2-2.5 miles in on the course, so almost half of the run on grass, which was good. I want to practice on grass as much as we can this coming week to gear up for the course at conference!
