75F, 73%.  7:43 AP.  Ran on the Leon Creek Greenway again.  I got lost a couple times but finally just ran IN the creek itself (it's dry) until I could spot the main trail again.  It felt a little cooler today, but I couldn't get going for anything (feeble, feeble progression attempt on the way back).  Maybe because of the speed from Friday, since my legs are not used to doing any kind of work.  I mentally caved pretty quickly as well.

Skipped yesterday, but this makes for 6 runs this week, so things are at least moving in the right direction.

77F, 89%.  Easy warmup, then 6 x 8 second hill blasts with walking recoveries.  Then some D-ASS miles for cooldown.  The good news is there is no shortage of hills here.  The bad news is there is a severe shortage of flat terrain.

73F, 93%.  8:18 AP.  Felt sluggish.  It did, however, feel a bit cooler this morning.  Sad that I can tell a difference of just a couple degrees.

72F, 77%.  7:32 AP.  Cooler today, so I did a 4-mile tempo to finish out the run.  Did it in a 6:42 AP (6:55, 6:45, 6:44, 6:25).  The worst-feeling mile was actually the first one.  I think some of my problem is mental.  I'm not used to giving any effort and probably just need to make myself uncomfortable a little more to get used to it again.  Not an great run compared to pre-Boston Slowjoe, but ok for where I'm at now.  I'll come back eventually.

79F, 83%.  In Houston for a busy weekend - Elle's 7-year-old birthday celebrations!  I ran down Allen Parkway and back at dawn.  Very steamy in Houston, sweating like a pig even an hour later.  pace was 8:00-8:10 or so, too lazy to look.
