58F, N 12 mph.  7:26 AP.  I finally caught my breath somewhere in mile 4 and had some quicker miles on the way back home.  Still feel a little awkward and out of shape but pretty good for 9 days post-marathon.

It's so weird how running a marathon tears you down so much, only to build you up later. Kinda like basic training I imagine? But probably not as fun?

I'm kinda in limbo-land right now wondering what I should be doing. When I ran of Sunday I felt great for 2 miles, then it seemed really hard. Yesterday, even running really slow, was an effort.

yeah, no worries. you get a whole month of excuses after a marathon, so you are doing great just nine days out.
