68F, S 16-25 mph.  8:01/mile avg.  I think we have one more warm morning (tomorrow) and then it's cool weather from here on out.  In other possibly related news, my tempo run just moved from tomorrow to Friday.

Thanks Mr. Weatherman for the promise of cool weather from here on out. I expect I'll see your times drop about 10-15 percent after today :-) BTW...how's tne knee?

From flatlander on Tue, Oct 25, 2011 at 11:09:38 from 76.31.26.153

Way to look ahead. I can barely see past the front of my feet. Good run too.

10 miles already this morning! You are not SLOW Joe!

From JG on Tue, Oct 25, 2011 at 13:58:27 from 71.59.27.33

Nice run ... and smart move bumping that tempo to the cooler weather! :)

From SlowJoe on Tue, Oct 25, 2011 at 14:07:22 from 132.3.53.68

IJR - knee is better, not quite 100% but moving in the right direction.

Flat - must be all that Houston fog

S8 - thanks, it was kind of an early morning

JG - if you're not cheating, you're not trying!

Nice run, Joe. It's getting really cold up here in northern Utah. Wind out of the north and cloudy. The leaves are falling.

From Burt on Tue, Oct 25, 2011 at 14:53:30 from 72.223.91.148

Solid run from a solid guy. Nice job.

From allie on Tue, Oct 25, 2011 at 16:31:09 from 24.10.191.18

sounds like the weather there is the same as the weather here. where is texas, anyway? probably pretty close to tooele.

From seeaprilrun on Wed, Oct 26, 2011 at 07:29:55 from 205.172.12.229

Yes! Good to set yourself up for success.

From derhammer on Wed, Oct 26, 2011 at 10:50:28 from 192.156.110.39

Of course, there will probably be a stiff wind to go with the cold front.

From SlowJoe on Wed, Oct 26, 2011 at 13:48:31 from 132.3.53.68

DG - hope it is not getting too cold quite yet.

Thanks for saying I'm solid Burt.

Allie - Correct. Texas (pronounced Tehks-uhs) is a small community tucked away to the SE of Tooele. Very few people know of its existence.

April - also takes away my usual excuses, but I guess that's ok

DH - True...it's arriving this evening here so the north wind should hopefully die down by Friday

From flatlander on Wed, Oct 26, 2011 at 16:23:46 from 198.207.244.102

By the way, that other place is pronouced "TOO-lee". (I'm pretty sure that's right.)
