53F, N 22-27 mph. Exactly 8:00 pace avg. Ran during the arrival of the cold front. Very refreshing run. Tomorrow morning it'll be in the 40s! I will definitely celebrate with a tempo or some kind of workout.

Long sleeve weather! Only a runner celebrate a cold front. Only a runner celebrates anything with a workout for that matter.
