I don't think I'm going to run tomorrow.  I'm tired, sick, busy at work early tomorrow, my knee is still achy, and not being able to tally a single sub-9 mile this morning was probably my legs making a cry for help.  And I just dropped $600 at the vet for a cat that looks like he's on death's doorstep anyway.  Yeah, I'm not running tomorrow.

Get better- Trust me, I feel your pain. Enjoy the day off!

I think it's actually good for your training to take an extra day off every once in a while... mentally and physically. Hang in there!

Don't run tomorrow, Let you knee rest. Sorry about your cat. I know what it's like (with all my horses, dogs and cats I have) its hard to decide what to do sometimes.

Life is busy...!

Yes, take a break

Rye - why do they make the price to put them down so enticingly low?

Dan - got some good sleep and feeling better already

TL - yeah I started thinking that taking even a single day off was a waste, but I guess you gotta listen to the signals.

IJR - it's almost like the vet knows the exact price of your conscience! Mine must be $601

Dale - done deal!

That's one of the best slough of reasons I've ever seen to take a day off. Enjoy!

(and get better)
