Jogged most of the way to the gym then did a 9:05 mile on the TM.  Followed that up with 30 min. on the bike.  I absent-mindedly picked a different bike (the kind with the real bike seat instead of the chair with a back that I'd used before) and my butt couldn't last any longer than 30 min.  I actually felt violated afterward but I'll deal with those feelings another time.

More importantly, running felt pretty good.  I don't like that I can tell a difference between the two feet, but it really is minor at this point.  If it's tendonitis though, I won't know if I've won the war for awhile, I think.  Up next is a 2-mile slow jog tomorrow morning as long as my foot doesn't regress at all as a result of the run today; I don't think it has so far.

Cool! Way to take it easy! I know exactly what you are talking about with the bikeseat. I feel like I am still sitting on a bikeseat a few days later. Glad things are on the mend so quickly!

Glad to see your recovery taking shape, too bad you now have to go into therapy because of the bike seat. Good job on the treadmill.

You've been smart this week. I think it's good to take it easy to make sure that you don't re-injure by overdoing it while you are on medication! Good luck with the two running miles tomorrow!

Sorry to hear about the bike seat problem. I bet that's more of an issue for dudes than it is for chicks, and those seats aren't too comfortable for chicks.
