58F.  Mini cold front made it nice and cool, so I was moving pretty good; finished up with a couple at GMP.  7:28 AP overall.

I like the mileage/pace mix up this week ... I think the Pfitz plan will take you to a sub 3! You have an incredible base built up, and with the cooler temps I think you will find those faster paces come with relative ease. Keep up the great work!!

Nice!

It has cooled down a lot here in Utah this past week. I like it.

These temps ROCK! I think you will go sub-3 in Houston as well!

NICE RUN!!!! Looks like everyone got a cold front today. How does that happen?

Joe, you're looking pretty strong man. It looks like you are staying pretty injury free too. I just got the Pfitz book to try it out. Obviously it looks like you suggest it. Keep up the good running!

Nice run Joe as well. Great temps too. Hope that the training continues to go well. I think that you are primed for a great breakthrough!

JG - thanks for the vote of confidence, I definitely need to get into better shape for sub-3 but ya never know...

DG - definitely a relief to be done with summer

Thanks April, hopefully my training will get me there..

Kelli - weird isn't it?

Colby - yeah, Advanced Marathoning has been my running bible lately, we'll see if it works.

Rye - thanks, staying injury free will be the key I think
