79F.  8:04 AP.  It was a hot, early, tired, dark, knee starting to tighten up, legs don't want to go, need immodium the whole time kind of run.  Today I actually took the step of collecting leaves from a tree and had them in hand for a few miles (finally found a non-mesquite tree) but managed to ultimately fend it off.  Every quarter-mile or so I would pick out a spot in case I had to unload.  Rough morning.

Hmmm, I don't think I am open enough to share this type of information. (BTW - I always tuck some folded up paper towel or TP in my short's pocket just in case...)

Glad you survived! Nice run.

Tough one, good job though.

LOL. I've so been there. Unfortunately, my usual routes don't have many spots where I could empty the chamber w/o an 80% risk of arrest.

I think Joe runs in the country like I do... Pretty safe, in case of emergencies anyway :-) Sorry you had a bad day Joe!

DH - that is a habit pattern I will have to start setting apparently

Thanks JG & Flat

Neil - you think they would let you wipe before slapping on the cuffs?

IJR - yeah, plenty of spots to go, but I really don't want to set that precedence and have it become a normal thing.

Tree leaves? You know it's a good run when you return home with both of your socks. You might have blisters, but atleast your clean.

From SlowJoe on Fri, Sep 16, 2011 at 14:57:07 from 132.3.53.68

Socks! Rye, I was noticing cardboard, plastic bags, etc on the ground but socks is a better idea...well, if you don't have anything nicer folded up in your pocket.
