78F.  It started out around 80 but dropped to a bone-chilling 76 by the end of the run.  Felt very cool.  The 10-day forecast looks especially heinous right now, so it was nice to get this one nice morning.

7:40 AP today.  6 slow miles going out and then picked up the pace coming back (7:26, 7:21, 7:10, 7:06, 7:01, 6:47) averaging 7:08 for the last 6.  Definitely good enough to call this my quality workout for the week.

Great run Joe with a strong finish! It got cooler as the run progressed in TX? That is a cool concept & a welcome surprise I am sure!

JG - got started a good deal before sunrise so the morning low ended up arriving during the tempo part...lucky timing!

I'd call that quality.

It was 74 here this morning and I sure wanted to go run in the cool weather! I think it's supposed to be 103+ for the next 8-10 days down here.

NICE RUN! The bone chilling 76 probably helped your time today!

Nice cool run, you said the forecast was heinous... were they calling for snow? Nice workout- finishing strong is always nice.

YIKES, I do not know how you guys do it. Seriously, I would pass out every day! Heat and e are not friends.

Great workout. I need to start going for quality over quantity!

Thanks Burt

IJR - yeah, looks about the same here, no relief anytime soon

S8 - that is a fact

Dan - yep, 3 inches of snow tonight, 6 tomorrow...unfortunately the forecasters here all went to Texas A&M

Kelli - my plan is 1 quality workout per week, that's about all I can take right now!

Great tempo Joe! At 76 degrees it may be time to break out a parka.
