77F, low wind.  7:47 avg.  I didn't do this on purpose, but it ended up being a perfect progressive run with each mile faster than the last.  Well, the fast finish in the last few miles was on purpose, because I felt pretty good today.

Whoa! Nice run!! I can't believe you already ran 15 today!

It is 8 and I am still in my pjs. My nephew that I run with was up until 3am and told me he couldn't run until 10 today so that he could get some sleep. That means running in 90 degree heat! ugh! I wish we could trade places because I wish my run was done. Jealous! I wish I could run 15 in that time!

Oh...and SlowJoe...you aren't slow!

Fantastic miles! I love the end of a good run--there's something about a good run that always makes me want to pick up the pace too. And looks like you got some good weather for it!

Some of those miles were just 1 second faster than the previous ones. I'll chalk that up to luck. Great run though. Glad Steam8 didn't run with you. From what I hear, she's going to be sweaty and stinky today.

Awesome job as usual Joe, those are some kickin last 3 miles, you are definitely seeing some dividends come from you hard work! I would not want to be lined up next to you at the Houston marathon! I would be trembling in my shoes!! :)

Holy smoking Joe... what are you eating and drinking up there in Abilene? I'll have a run and feel pretty good about it until I look at your daily report! Would you be my trainer? I'm with Steam you've got to change your name and I'm going to change mine to "I wanta run like Joe".

From Steam8 on Fri, Jul 01, 2011 at 18:34:11 from 166.70.55.77

Burty...I could have put the zoo smell to shame today after my run!!

I Just Run...that is funny! I need to change my name too. No Steam! :(

I was thinking this morning, the biggest guy in the biker gang is always called "Tiny". That's why we call this guy SlowJoe.

Nice progressive run! It's always good when a run shapes up to feel good!

You're right Flat...I stand corrected :-)
