AM - 56F, SSW 13 mph.  11 @ 7:49 AP.  I guess I'm splitting this run up.  I was going to do 15 this morning but felt crappy; can't quite kick this cold.  Part of the problem was I needed a pit stop pretty bad this morning.  Finally bit the bullet and hit up a 7/11 -- at least I ran in town this morning, so I got to use a toilet like a real human being.  Afterward I actually felt pretty decent and picked up the pace but in my mind had already decided to just do 11.  Not sure why I felt like that was an irrevocable decision, it just was.

PM - 67F, W 16 mph.  4.12 @ 8:08 pace.  Reluctantly finished up today's mileage in the late afternoon/early evening.

My mind always tells me what mile to run to and I can't ever make myself do more.

Great mileage today. Lucky thing you ran in town, I hate squatting behind a bush listening to cars come and worrying that someone might call me in for public pottying or something.

7/11 pit stops are great, but you can't look the cashier in the eye or they will totally know what's up and then it's really awkward. i usually browse through the chips and then slip in when they aren't looking.

nice job getting the mileage in for the day.

Dale - yeah, I know what you mean

IJR - true statement sir.

April and Allie - Seriously, those were 2 of the best comments ever, and they were less than a minute apart. Bravo!

Here in Idaho we have no shame. I ran with my friend the other day and he had to use the facilities but nothing around so he was looking for a place to go. After about a half mile I asked what the heck was his problem. As far as I was concerned he past up 10 great places to ds. (Drop, squat) No shame here.
