Good solid run. How is the humidity in the mornings up there? You certainly have high temperatures.

From Burt on Tue, Aug 16, 2011 at 13:51:22 from 206.19.214.144

You've got high in the sky apple pie hopes.

From seeaprilrun on Tue, Aug 16, 2011 at 17:52:25 from 174.70.177.86

Have a good speed workout!

From Kelli on Tue, Aug 16, 2011 at 20:56:19 from 71.219.67.82

Good luck tomorrow with the intervals. I will pray for cooler, less humid weather for your run!

From Burt on Tue, Aug 16, 2011 at 21:31:15 from 206.19.214.144

And she's Mormon, so you know all her prayers are answered.

From Kelli on Tue, Aug 16, 2011 at 21:44:31 from 71.219.67.82

Funny BURT!

From Dan on Tue, Aug 16, 2011 at 22:46:42 from 24.209.83.20

Nice run... do some intervals for me as well.

From SlowJoe on Wed, Aug 17, 2011 at 10:32:09 from 132.3.53.68

Flat - I usually don't mention the humidity unless it's about 70% or so. It's usually around 50-60% in the morning, so a negligible effect. We did have one morning at 87% after a storm but it was so cool at 74 degrees that it probably didn't affect heat index.

Kelli/Burt - thanks, it worked, we had a relatively cool morning! I must have picked the wrong religion, my prayers to be the fastest runner on the planet are continually ignored.

April/Dan - thanks, it went well

From Burt on Wed, Aug 17, 2011 at 12:48:12 from 206.19.214.144

Some of God's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers.

I made that up.

From SlowJoe on Wed, Aug 17, 2011 at 13:00:15 from 132.3.53.68

Well I guess they are answered....with a "NO!"

From flatlander on Wed, Aug 17, 2011 at 13:04:47 from 198.207.244.102

I am pretty sure that by this time next year you will be the fastest runner on the planet. (Sorry Burt, I think Joe is a little faster. He looks like a greyhound.)

From Kelli on Wed, Aug 17, 2011 at 13:20:40 from 71.219.67.82

Na, just change your prayers to be the fastest you can be. Can not go wrong with that! I pray just not to die while I run. ;o)

From SlowJoe on Wed, Aug 17, 2011 at 13:35:48 from 132.3.53.68

Flat - maybe a daschund

Kelli - yeah my actual prayers are more like that (don't let me die)! I don't think God gives a crap about running and I don't blame him.

From Kelli on Wed, Aug 17, 2011 at 17:57:46 from 71.219.67.82

Really? I am sure God is a runner and that he does not ever get tired or hot. That is how I picture heaven anyway!

From SlowJoe on Wed, Aug 17, 2011 at 19:44:20 from 75.109.104.60

you might be right about that one!
