73F, S 17-23 mph.  8:27 AP.  Off to Abilene later today to move the family up to Oklahoma once and for all, since the last day of school is today.  Fortunately we have packers and movers so hopefully it's not too painful.

Tomorrow (in Abilene) I will hit the track in some unfavorable heat and wind, but I will get it done, even if the paces suck.  I think I should be recovered from the marathon by now, so it's time to start working on speed for awhile.

WoooHooo, I bet you're gald to get the family moved! Hope the move goes smooth and have fun with the speed work. I'm still willing to trade some fast stuff for some long runs :-)

Good luck with the move! As a friendly reminder, it's ok to back off the mileage when starting to work on speed. :-)

Have fun moving, I would help but I only carry pillows.... No books...

Run my feel on that speedwork, not a time frame.
