Nice shakeout miles ... hope you are regaining all your strength!

I like Intellicast ... which says low of 62 & high of 74, certainly not ideal, but better than current conditions in the high 80's! I remember rejoicing when I saw the Boston forecast on Thursday ... then when I got off the plane Friday morning I was greeted by an e-mail from B.A.A. advising me that if I was not an elite runner or extremely fit, I should seriously consider deferring my entry until next year ... will keep my fingers crossed for you guys ... with a storm front passing through ... things are more likely to change from what they forecast!

I do too....!

For me it all has to do with the sun. Cloudy - good, full sun - not so good.

Bummer, but DH is right, the sun always ruins my hydration strategy even if it's not that warm. Seems like I can put up with a lot more if I don't have the solar effect on my skin. Maybe even if the front hasn't moved through it will be cloudy? Either way you will do fine.

Hey joe .... Try national weather Doppler.

They are easier to like.

That's one change... I said wait for two... You're still looking strong Joe!
