55F.  7:42 AP.  Really refreshing run on another cool, perfect morning.

Tempo run tomorrow.  Probably somewhere between HMP and MP; I don't think I'm ready for much faster quite yet, although I am signed up for a 10K this weekend.  Time to cram some speed down my throat.

10k? you are brave, but i'm sure you will do well.

nice run this morning -- it does sound perfect.

Shoot for MP, then drop it down only if you are feeling really good. Your body is still in the marathon recovery mode even if you feel like you are 100%. Better to not beat yourself into the ground :-)

You are a racing fool! You need to find a hobby..... Wait I guess running is

Nice Joe, your racing is going to pay off. Have a speed goal for the 10k

allie - 10k is my most hated of all k's.

Jake - sounds like a good plan, was thinking closer to a tinman tempo pace. plenty of time to beat myself into the ground later.

Rye - Can't do much skiing on the Oklahoma slopes so I guess it's running for now.

Dan - Based on the predicted hot and windy weather and the marathon stink still on my legs, I will be happy with sub 40, or something close to it.

Joe...I'm a huge College Football fan... BUT... Stop being part of the problem, use the mug...
