These Long Slow Runs are getting longer. This was an hour after everyone had left from my 3yr old's birthday party so I had been scoffing crisps, pizza, cake and beer over lunch. Not the best preparation.
Went OK considering, and more importantly I am writing this on Monday and my legs feel OK (not 100%, but OK).
It is beginning to dawn on me that I might actually be able to do this marathon lark! |
