I'm going to have to break up these treadmill runs during the week as they're going to bore me stupid. This was OK but dull. I'm following Hal Higdon's training plan (intermediate I). Is anyone else aware of this and have any advice or comment?

Make sure to listen to your body. It sounds like you might be ready for at least 4 miles a day 6 days a week. But when you increase the mileage, pay careful attention to how you are feeling.

Hi

I'm a new marathoner, so am following a fixed programme this first time which involved increased length runs at the weekend. My body is managing so far but occasionally complaining :)
