Long slow run, not overstretching, just adding in some miles before the distance start to shoot up next week. Bit scared about that! Next Sunday I'll be doing 11 miles which to you runaholics is just a stroll in the park but for a newbie like me? well eek.

Hi Sinj,

Don't worry about the 11 miles. You'll find that you will go thru those miles just fine. Not only that, but you'll feel pretty good about it. Keep up the training and good luck.

Thanks ultrajim...

it is knowing that from here on in, the Sunday distances are going to escalate up to 20-odd miles which seems a llllllllong way! Don't worry - I am looking forward to it in some ways :)
