Third day on the trot - have had visitors all weekend so had to wait for them to leave before setting off. More pleasant than yesterday but third day in a row means quite heavy-legged. Second half picked up and felt quite fresh at the finish.

All routes near my house are hilly, so my local times are always slower than flat routes/races so I'm still optimistic about that 4 hour time on the 22nd.

Less than a month to go!

Good job on your training progress, especially on the 20 miler the other day. Do take care starting in April as many runners can overdo it in this week. I myself am included in the lot! But most of all have fun. The London marathon looks to be an awesome event. Good Luck!

well, this is my "big" week (48 miles)between now and Sunday and then the taper, so hopefully I can last out. I might skip a midweeker if I feel I am not recovering in time for Sunday's 20.

Having been so ill a week or two back, I feel relatively brilliant at the moment. Get butterflies thinking about the 22nd though!!!!!
