Took the day off yesterday, slept in and caught up. I had been averaging 5-6 hrs. a night, which I know is bad for me. So I was disappointed that I didn't get my workout in, but felt good about catching up on sleep. I did go skiing at the lake yesterday, so I guess that's some exercise. I really prefer wakeboarding, but we were on a friend's boat and they have skis, so I tried it and suprised myself that I can do it. My son kept saying- "Mom, you're going to ski? I didn't even know you could do that!" Well- growing up in FL I did learn a few things....
Today Heather & I ran a Washington 7.5 mile loop with a fair amount of inclines. Energy felt great. Plan tomorrow is to go to weight lifting class, then run long Friday. Sat. I'm on my own since Heather will be out of town. I'll try to do an easy run that day.
