Taking it easy.  Will walk this evening.  Still waiting to see what the prego deal is, can't take a test until next week- but having scary symptoms.  Enough said.

Hey Christi! Wow! Please take it easy. I've had a miscarriage before each of my 3 sons, and was considerred a high risk pregnancy when I carried my oldest. I was told that high impact aerobics and running DOES correlate with microtears in the placenta, which CAN make miscarriage more likely. This is according to the specialist I saw when I was pregnant with Sam. Some people are able to run through pregnancies, but that doesn't mean everyone can--and it has nothing to do with how fit you are. The good news is that walking is totally okay! Well, unless you get put on bed rest. (And by the way, bed rest in the 1st trimester DOES NOT increase chances of carrying to term--TRUST ME! My doctor told this to me AFTER I had been on strict bed rest for over a month and lost the pregnancy anyway. He said he wanted to make sure I wouldn't feel guilty if I did end up losing the pregnancy. The dork!) Anyway, that is my experience. Please let me know how you are doing!

Lybi and Michelle- Thanks so much for your comments. Lybi, so sorry you had to experience miscarriages. Mine have been more of an issue of not implanting so I haven't gotten very far along. I would imagine a miscarriage a few weeks into it would be ROUGH! Good info you shared from your doc too, appreciate it. Still waiting to find out if I'm preg or if I miscarried, should know this week. Guessing I miscarried, but will keep you informed. Thanks again, you're the best!
