Long run w/ Heather didn't work out.  Still haven't heard from her, I'm sure she has family stuff going on.  So I went it alone around 10:45 am this morning.  I think it was about 105 degrees out.  I planned a run that had 2 water stops so I could drench myself.  It worked, I got through, albeit (sp?)  at a slow pace.  It took me 42 min. to run 4 miles (inc. stops).   Not quite a 12 miler, but glad I logged some miles anyway.  Will try to get a least a couple miles everyday while on vacation in CA, leave later today, back next Wed.

Hey Christi! Hope you're having a good vacation. I finally got back on WW today, and I am still at goal weight (after not going for 6 weeks!). I didn't know this, but once you make goal you don't have to pay for missed meetings. 3 more meetings to lifetime!
