Short-Term Running Goals:
My goal is to run consistantly at least 5 days a week. I would also like to bring my average pace back down into the 8's.

Painters Half (Jan): 1:45:25
Riverton Half (March): 1:46:29
Kamas 5K (July): 23:57
Hobblecreek Half (Aug): 1:43:33
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run as long as my bad knees will allow- hopefully forever.
Re-qualify for Boston.
Complete a marathon in less than 3:30 without having to walk at any point.

Ran with Walter this morning around day break lake. He pushed me pretty hard. AP- 7:51. Splits- 7:54, 7:43, 7:56, 7:22 (downhill), 8:13 (ugh... back uphill) , 7:49, 7:52. Tough run but now I feel great... ready for more!
6.04 miles at an AP of 8:02. Splits- 8:09, 8:33, 8:18, 7:46, 7:45 and 7:28.
2.5 miles on the treadmill at an AP of 8:11
