AP 8:12. Splits 8:47, 8:39, 8:24, 8:06, 7:39, 7:38. Again, I ran with Walter. He keeps me motivated to keep moving. My legs were tired today but I started feeling better the farther we went.
AP 8:19. Splits 9:08, 8:31, 8:11, 7:53, 7:59, 8:08 and then walked .5 miles. The wind was awful this morning. Again, if it wasn't for running with Walter I would have wimped out.
