Headed out on our mountain bikes only to find mine was in serious disrepair. I guess that was to be expected since I haven't pulled it out of the garage in probably 5 years. The gears were totally gummed up. Oh well. We went for a walk/run instead. We walked the PC rail trail for about 3+ miles and then ran back. Overall a good workout. They had a good portion of the trail ripped up so I spent a good portion of the run watching my footing. Knee pain/swelling still minimal.
