| | Went to the gym - first "speed" work out according to Hanson's method of training for a marathon. 12 - 400's @ 7:52 pace with a 400 recovery inbetween at a 9:20 pace (ish) warm up for about a mile - ran out of time for another mile cool down - mis-judged my morning time to gym :)
Felt really good!

| | This was meant to be a 5 mile tempo run @ an 8:58 pace (what I want my marathon pace to be) however it was raining, I didn't have music and I felt so alive that I warmed up for a mile than just RAN baby RAN! 8:47 pace - think I needed that

| | 9:24 pace - out in the drizzle rain - I could tell that my legs are tired from running 6 days this week. However, I felt really good - only water and purple power aide, no gel.
