Met up with Alana for an early morning run outside. It was good for me to 'chase' her - pushed my pace. I didn't wear a watch, but after hearing her splits, I think I averaged about an 8:45 pace. At this point, that is good for me running my fifth day in a row. Whew - so grateful for no injuries and running healthy, tired, but healthy. I feel yoga 5-7 times a week has really helped strengthen.
