Dimple Dell Gully with Jun and Brent:

It was so nice to get out on some dirt today in the gully. Temps were mild and I got to watch Jun in his extra short (and I mean short) shorts the whole way up and back. Great conversation and an enjoyable run. I think we will do the same thing tomorrow.

PM: I'll be hitting the gym to lift for an hour.

I live twenty minutes from the gully and have never run there. I will have to check it out.

Acorn- You should check it out. If you want some trail miles in the city it is an excellent place to run.

I did plenty o pumping at the gym last night. I love it.
