DD gully with Jun and Brent:
This was just about the same run as yesterday, pleasant temps, good conversation and plenty of shorty shorts to go around, but Jun's were the shortest. We ran from the Wrangler trailhead to the top and back. Tomorrow we will run the entire gully up to lower Bell Canyon reservoir and back for 13 and then the taper will begin for the 100 next week.
PM: 4 at the gym. I did some speed work and my legs felt better after I finished. I also did 30 minutes of core work. |
