Highland trail out and back with my wife, Kristina:

We had a really fun run from our house to the trail that connects 6000 west to the Alpine Hwy. We ran the whole trail out and back. The wind was really blowing and the first few miles were much harder than they should have been, but once we got on the trail it let up some. On the way back we picked up the pace and had a solid run back. It wasn't fast for me, but Kristina was awesome and kept up a really good pace all the way home.

I admire it when a husband and wife are able to get out on a run together, especially when they have kids. Usually when one is out running, the other is covering for the spouse at home, so to get both out together can take some work. Enjoy those runs!
