I went to my first spin class ever this morning at the gym. It was a really good workout and I was dripping sweat everywhere when I finished. We also did some upper body core work during the class. I'll be back.

Spinning is awesome! It kept me in shape while my ankle was injured, and I think it even improved my cardio.
