Went out for the Bloomington Drive Loop. Left around 11pm...night run. I am running the midnight 5k friday night and thought I should at leaset run 3.5 before the run......I am so slow, this run was at 8:30 pace. My legs are so tight...looking for massage next week to help with stetching the legs out....hope it works!

Another 5K without any rest. I ran with Wildbull on my wing. Thanks Billy Boy! almost a PR. Again I was not trying to do anything but have fun. Had I known how close I was I would have pushed just a little faster...but I was just having fun. Ran with new shoes this morning, felt pretty good.
