Another 5K without any rest. I ran with Wildbull on my wing. Thanks Billy Boy! almost a PR. Again I was not trying to do anything but have fun. Had I known how close I was I would have pushed just a little faster...but I was just having fun. Ran with new shoes this morning, felt pretty good.

If you're having fun and pushing your PRs then life is good. That's when running is the most fun. Way to run.

Vis,

Thanks.... I really needed a decent run to help me feel better about things. Since Ogden I haven't run much at all and when I have it hasn't been fun, heavy legs etc. So I decided to just run for the fun, the way it really should be.

Good job on the race Scott. Sometimes you just need to back off on the training and enjoy the running or it starts to wear on you.
