Ran from Diamond Valley to home. Easy 7:30 pace felt pretty good, loved the down hill.......sure helps build the confidence!

What a fabulous morning for a run huh? Yeah, I'm so glad the weather cleared up. I don't know if you saw us or not, I was just w/ one other girl and we split up after Diamond, but we passed a few groups. Nice pace, , ,It must have been in the air cause we were able to push it too, and you're right, it's a great confidence builder! Good Luck at Salt Lake!
