Dixie Center and Back. 8:09 pace First run since Friday. Hips still sore, Quads sore but seemed to get better with the run. Legs still a bit heavy but all in all they feel alright. Need to do some speed work this week to be ready for the Save A Sister 5K. This will be a good test to see how I have improved over the past year. Save A Sister was my first 5K race. I worked very hard last year to be ready and that was my PR run until Swiss Days. I would like to go under 20:30 for this race. We share see! That will be a BIG stretch for me.
