This was a 3 segment run. Started out with a warmup through Bloomington to the truck stop over to the Dixie Center 3.75 miles @ 9:15 pace. Then I ran the St. George 5k course @ 7:26 pace. Then my cool down 3.15 miles to home @ 8:29. Overall felt good just need to get the stamina built up again. Started out at 42 degrees and ended at 36.
