Noon - 4.0 miles @ 6:39 pace - 26:37 - Just the usual noon 4 miler with a little bit of rain.  The legs felt nice and smooth after Saturday's 20.

10:30 pm - 7.25 miles @ 7:01 pace - 51:00 - 3 of the miles were at marathon pace.

11:00 pm - 7.25 miles @ 7:25 pace - 53:53 - Still slow, still windy and more recovery.  Thats what I get for having a fast day.

20.0 miles @ 7:21 pace - 2:27:08 - Got a preview of the middle ten miles of the Ogden Marathon Course.  It definately is a net down hill - running up course was not fun and I could have done without the wind.  I had a GU and water at mile 12 and survived the last 4 miles (with some stops).
