Noon - 4.0 miles @ 7:00 pace - 28:00 - It was windy but not terrible.  I felt fresher than yesterday yet I had less sleep.

11:03 pm - 7.25 miles @ 7:30 pace - 54:29.22 - The air was crisp and cool and the wind was nearly non-existent. What a beautiful night.

It seems to be dying down a little bit. I was NOT going to run in the wind this morning, but after getting to the gym it didn't look so bad. I guess I'm just a pansy.

I wouldn't say you are a pansy. Wind with 20 degree morning temps is certainly no picnic. That is the nice thing about running at night, I get milder temp in the winter. I did wuss out last night and ran on the treadmill in the basement (2nd time of the year).

I would say that RAD is a pansy.

Then I would proceed to get my butt handed to me in a Happy Days lunchbox by all the Dekker sisters.

Wow - 6'1 and 120? Yeah, there aren't any shoes that would get you into the right range. :)

He has a tapeworm.

Or perhaps the tapeworm has me....
