4:45 am - 15.25 miles - 1:53:53.  Since I missed yesterday I chose to make today a longish day.  I ran 3.5 miles to meet George, Ronnie, and Dave for the Shaggy Mountain loop, covered the 8.25 miles with the group, and then ran back home.  Not to bad of a run overall, but I was certainly tired toward the end.
