Noon - 4.0 miles @ 6:24 pace - 25:37.05

I did a 0.75 mile warm-up followed by a mile pick-up in 5:28 (83.5, 80.33, 81.5, 83.37) followed by 0.5 miles easy, followed by 0.25 @ 85.87, 0.25 easy, 0.25 @ 85.52, 0.75 easy, and 0.25 @ 82.23.

I believe that 5:28 mile is the fastest mile that I have ran in years.

One more day of absolutely beautiful weather.

10:55 pm - 7.25 miles @ 7:04 pace - 51:15.63

Everything felt absolutely great on this run and now it is time to get ready for the cold.

You're right we were doing a similar workout. I'll have to stay in touch, maybe we can meet up when possible.

I plan on having my little speed workout on most Monday afternoons. It is on my marked section of the Jordan River Parkway just south of 78th.

Thanks allie! I am definately not liking the cold (especially when mixed with wind).
