I tagged along with the Elite group of James, Jake, Andrea, Devra, Emily B, and May for their long run on the parkway.  I am working on my buildup to 72 miles per week by the end of the year and only had an easy 14 on the schedule for today.   I figured it would be more entertaining to at least run 7 mile with company at a nice pace than to go the full 14 alone (and the company was great - Jake and I chatted ourselves down to a 6:30 mile on accident for a bit).  After 7 miles out I turned it around and finished the remainder 7 on my own.  The weather was fantastic (Tech-T, arm sleeves and shorts) and everything is still feeling great.    On the way back I marked the last 5 mile markers for a guy at work that was planning hiking his boy scouts down the trail.

7:39, 7:19, 7:11, 7:03, 7:02, 6:52, 6:56, 6:37, 6:46, 6:50, 6:52, 7:04, 7:01, 7:26
