| | WOW. It sucks to run up here. The higher elevation makes it just that much harder to run on your own. I had to run a loop several million times to get the mileage I need, and I HAD to have someone follow me on a four-wheeler, which made it that much more tempting to stop running and hop on. But I forced myself to run. I made it 1 lap, just a bit over 2 miles, when I felt like I couldn't breathe. I stopped for a bit, then continued. 9 miles that day. Then went wakeboarding!!! |

| | AM: the same loop. 11 miles, again with the 4 wheeler. PM: the loop again. 6 miles. yep, the 4 wheeler was right by me the whole way. I had to force myself to keep running. |

(Even though it's not the 4th of july, but they had to do it earlier because the boat regatta was on the 4th and so were the fireworks!! seemed like a forever long run. I hate running up here. No music today either because I couldn't find my headphones...ug |
