| | So, today was some run. I don't really know where we went. All I know was that we started at the school, went up sunnyside, through the U campus, across legacy bridge, and up by red butte garden and back. I don't really know this run that well if u can't tell. I started up with the front group and stayed with them until like legacy bridge. then I crashed and I really wasn't feeling good. They were going faster than my race pace! Anyway, I got lost at the U campus, so I waited for Abigail to catch up and ran with her for a while. When we turned around to go back, She picked up the pace by A LOT and I was like dying (not really but it felt like it) and I was running way slow at the end. Tomy said that by the end they were going at 5:18 pace. That's probably why I couldn't keep up with them. 7.5 miles. |

| | Today we did hurtles!!! I have been looking forward to this all week! haha it was pretty funny. Only Abigail really knew what we were doing. I don't know what the new coaches think of me. all of the low ones I could clear kind of, and all of the high ones (the coaches said that they were the lowest girls hurtles would go) I knocked at least 1 of them down (they were lined up so that we had to jump 1 right after the other.) At first they had us do some drills. I don't think I was doing them anywhere close to right. Then we jumped the hurtles. I think the new coaches got really annoyed by us because we kept talking and not really trying, but who knows? Anyway, so I go up to the coaches and asked if I was even jumping them right and they said my technique was off. Great. It was way funny to watch us all fail. My favorite falls were Tomy's and Natalie's!!! They were pretty funny! Anyway, so it was already getting late, and I didn't really feel like going on a run. But I got a ride from Olivia, and she asked me if I would go on a 10 min. run with her and I said I would. well, we only had time for a 3 minute run, so we ran up Harrison and came back. Olivia's garmin said it was 0.6 miles. :) |

| | So, today i thought i should probably run, especially since i only ran 4 times over the break. I went from my house down Browning to 15th E, and then over to sugarhouse. When I was at sugarhouse, I ran a lap around on the road part. There were so many sledders! Anyway, once I got done with that lap, I did a big grass lap around. I went back home the way I came, but went to Sherman Ave. and back and ran around my circle to make it about 6 miles (or so mapmyrun.com says. I hope it's reliable. hehe) :) |
