We went up to shoreline. It was so windy!!! I felt like we were going pretty fast but in reality we were going pretty slow...then along shoreline I had trouble breathing and i'm pretty sure I had an athsma attack, but I haven't had one for years... It kinda scared me so I stopped until I got it uder control. I wasn't really sure what to do so I waited until my breathing calmed down and when Oliva came up on me I felt like I could keep going, so I did. But I stayed back with her taking it easy because I didn't want anything else like that to happen again. When I looked in the valley the air looked awful. That's probably why I had such a hard time today. Dakota eventually caught up to us and the 3 of us went up to the yellow gate at red butte because we weren't really sure where to go. Then we just took the legacy bridge way back to the track. Then I did 2 grass laps while waiting for my dad to pick me up. |
