Today I decided I would run. Practice was at Liberty. I did a mile warmup with Nat, then over to the start line. My foot hurt right when we started, but it warmed up a little as we kept running. Then we did strides and my foot hurt a ton on those. Next was a mile. I was supposed to hit 6:30 since my foot was hurting, I hit 7:10. Right when we started I could barely move it, it hurt so bad, but it warmed up, once again, a little bit into it. It still hurt a ton, but it was at least manageable to run through. I didn't feel winded much, but my foot really set me back. When I stopped it was so painful to start moving again, I had to quit the workout. Bill said to try barefoot running for a bit, still was super painful. I hope it'll feel better soon. |
