Indoor track again today. We did a big lap around the block, then did drills and strides on the field. Then we went to the hill below the field and did 4x50 meter strides up the hill and then 4x25 meter strides up. It wasn't very tiring but the sprinters were all worn out :) I love track I have decided. I feel better on a track than on grass and seem to do better in track. Anyway, distance went down to liberty and did 1 minute on 1 minute off 5 times around the pond. I got 4 laps in after finishing the lap i was on. Then we went back up to the school long way around liberty.
